Registration

This is an essential step for all doctors who register to use ChronicDoc.

Once you have registered your profile, you will need to be visited by a ChronicDoc representative to complete an in-person onboarding. This is necessary to verify your signature which will enable you to conveniently complete prescriptions on the go. No need for pen and paper!

We make use of advanced electronic signatures in our scripting process. They require the highest level of security and therefore 2 factor authentication is required.

Steps to follow:

Have your valid South African ID document, Smart ID Card or Passport on hand at the time (unfortunately driver’s licenses can not be accepted)

Your signature, photo and ID document will be scanned, uploaded and saved to verify your signature each time you complete a prescription

You will be guided through this process by our representative

The process is quick, efficient and paperless and will not take more than 5 minutes of your time.
