ChronicDoc works on a tier system based on the amount of patients a doctor services through the system. We currently offer packages for single-doctor practices and group practices.
The fee is a monthly recurring subscription which the doctor is able to select upon registration**
1-10 Patients
11-30 Patients
31-60 Patients
61-100 Patients
> 100 Patients
Select this method if you are claiming directly from the patient’s medical scheme. You may use your existing billing methods/software for this. ChronicDoc currently does not allow for billing or benefit checks.
Select this method if you would prefer for the patient to pay in the practice using a debit/credit card or cash. the patient will be reminded to come in and settle their bill.
Select this method if you would like to receive funds directly from ChronicDoc - the patient will be able to pay directly via ChronicDoc and funds will be sent to you.
